METHODS OF PAYMENT

CREDIT CARDS - We accept the following credit cards as payment, via swipe or contactless payment: Express Credit Card, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Bravo, International Diner’s Card, Discover Card, JCB, Apple Pay and China Union Pay.

 

EXPRESS FACTORY OUTLET RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We’re happy to accept returns for Express Factory Outlet items within 60 days of your purchase with a valid receipt. If you do not have a valid receipt or if we cannot confirm your purchase in our system, you may exchange the item in-store for another item of equal value but no refund or credit will be issued. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items with “Do Not Remove” tags must be attached in order to be returned. Make sure you’re completely satisfied with your item before removing this tag. Some items marked Final Sale and clearance may be non-returnable. 

 

Online orders for Express Factory Outlet items at express.com: If shipped to a U.S. address, items can be returned by mail (see below) or to any Express Factory Outlet store in the U.S. Returns will not be accepted in stores outside the U.S. or at Express or Express Men retail stores. See “Starting a Return” or “Returning to Stores” below for assistance.

Express Factory Outlet In-Store purchases: Items must be returned to any Express Factory Outlet store in the U.S. Returns will not be accepted by mail or at Express or Express Men retail stores. See “Returning to Stores” below to find an Express Factory Outlet store near you.

 

STARTING A RETURN: To start your returns process, please go to https://returns.narvar.com/express/returns. Enter your order number and billing zip code and follow the instructions. 

 

RETURNING TO STORES
Making returns in stores is free! Go to Store Search at https://stores.expressfactoryoutlet.com/search to find an Express Factory Outlet Store near you. Bring the items you wish to return, along with your receipt, packing slip or shipping confirmation email, and the original form of payment. (That’s it! No box required.)

 

RETURN EXPRESS FACTORY OUTLET ONLINE ORDERS BY MAIL

1. Print your prepaid SmartLabel® shipping label.
If you are unable to print, please bring to a carrier location for assistance.

2. Pack up your return. Place your items and the packing slip inside a sturdy box or package. Cross out any older addresses and barcodes. Tape up your package and affix your shipping label to the outside.

3. Ship it back to us. Drop off your package at any UPS location. Once it ships, use the link in your confirmation email to track its progress. $6.99 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of using the prepaid return label. Certain items may be exempt from this deduction.

4. Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
We’ll send an email to let you know we’ve processed your return—it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to show up in your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you paid with an Express gift card, we’ll send an electronic gift card to the email provided on the order, usually within 48 hours.

 

If you prefer to return using the delivery service of your choice OR if a prepaid return label was not provided, please ship your return to the address below. Packages must be returned prepaid. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items that arrive outside of our returns window or lost packages.

WITH A VALID RECEIPT

The refund will be equal to the amount of the price paid and in the original form of tender. A store credit will be issued for returns accompanied by a gift receipt.

 

WITHOUT A VALID ORIGINAL RECEIPT

We will conduct a courtesy search of our database to see if we can locate your original purchase utilizing the credit card information associated with the original transaction or your telephone number. If we locate your original purchase and it occurred within the prior 60 days, the refund will be equal to the amount of the price paid and in the original form of tender. If the information cannot be located we will not be able to process a return.

If we conduct a courtesy search and cannot locate your original purchase, you may exchange a single piece of merchandise for merchandise equal to or greater in value. The single piece of merchandise you are exchanging will be valued at the current selling price to determine the exchange value. If the exchange is for greater value, you will need to pay the difference. We will not issue a store credit and we will not exchange merchandise for items of lesser value.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund or exchange.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We will process a one-time price adjustment for in store Express Factory Outlet purchases, when the price of an item has been reduced and an original sales receipt is presented within 14 days of the purchase date. Price adjustments are refunded in the same tender as the original purchase. Items purchased at Express and Express Men stores are not eligible for price adjustments in Express Factory Outlet stores.

 

RETURN PRICE

The return price is the amount paid for merchandise after all discounts are applied. A portion of any coupon or promotional discount applied to the original transaction will be subtracted from all returned or exchanged items noted on the original receipt.

 

OVERCHARGES

Check your receipt and notify store management immediately of any overcharge. You are entitled to pay no more than the lowest posted, advertised, or quoted price for any commodity offered for sale at a retail establishment.

 

GIFT CARDS

When you check out, our register associate may ask you for your e-mail address and/or home phone number. While not required to complete your purchase, by supplying us with this information, you will become eligible for benefits including:
